DSA-QAG (Disabled Students Allowance Quality Assurance Group) provides an independent quality assurance service for assessment centres and suppliers involved in the delivery of the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) process in England and Wales.
What do we do?
We measure the quality of the work of organisations conducting DSA needs assessments and those supplying the recommended DSA equipment.
We are a non-profit making company who gained charitable status in 2008. Our board is made up of impartial nominees from local authorities and the National Union of Students UK, along with several independent members.
How can you help?
Until now a vital part of this process has been missing – your views and experiences of the service(s) provided by the assessment centres and suppliers. As a result of this we would like to invite you to participate in questionnaires to tell us how you rate the services provided to you at three key stages in the DSA process.
Each of the questionnaires should take between 5 and 15 minutes each to complete. Please note you will complete each questionnaire at a different time point in the process.
By participating in the questionnaires you have an opportunity to improve or change the current service being provided to yourself and other students undergoing the DSA process next year and in the future.
What is in it for you?
Many thanks for your co-operation and input to the survey.
As a way of showing our appreciation we are offering the chance to win an iPod Touch.
