After receiving your assessment/report from your assessment centre, or your equipment and training (if applicable) from your supplier, please leave feedback on your experience.
To find your assessment centre or supplier, you can either enter part or all of their name in the ‘search’ box or you can click on the 1st letter of their name below. You will then be able to scroll through the results to find the organisation you wish to leave feedback for.
Once you have clicked on the organisation, you will then be taken to the review page where you can leave your comments and a star rating for their services to you.
