Announcement from DSA QAG Board of Directors – Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Directors have made the decision that KPIs produce valuable data to assist with the continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance Framework and support future enhancements to the quality service currently delivered by our members.

Please find below an announcement which was issued on 10th September to QAG members (Assessment Centre Managers and Suppliers)  from the DSA QAG Board of Director's advising members of the requirement to submit monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by the 5th working day of each month.
