The team, have been exceptional in the manner in which they have dealt with the supply of my DSA equipment. It was a very difficult challenge as there were hurdles to overcome, in respect my not wanting to order via a different supplier (a whole story there!); but from the moment of contact with Hamer, I knew I wished to place my order with them. It took some effort and communication with the funding body, before I could finally order from Hamer, but, not only did I receive the equipment very promptly, I also feel somewhat reassured should they need to visit my home for any repairs etc, that they will provide a friendly service. I am happy to convey here, that I trust in Hamer to provide a friendly professional service, and am happy to recommend them.

Every aspect of service from this company is excellent.   They manage to balance efficiency and good service with that most rare thing: friendly personal treatment.   From telephone answering to delivery, training and support, everyone I have had dealings with has been polite, helpful and friendly.   The training is much better than anything of its kind I have experienced elsewhere.  It is organised to suit the needs of the learner and delivered with patience and respect.  The trainer's knowledge base and reflective methods are of a very high standard aimed at ensuring that the learner is able to make the best use of the software and hardware to fit their personal study needs.  Even though I am used to IT having good training on the software has enabled me to work much more productively and in a fraction of the time that tasks used to take without dyslexia support software. This has also greatly reduced stress levels; which is important at a postgraduate level.

I have dealt with Hamer technology on several occasions and I have found them to be helpful, friendly; and very patient.  I am an older student with little technical knowledge, Hamer helped me the whole way through the process. Their advice was first class and I found myself relaxed and not pressured to choose.  All the staff were wonderful, from reception, all the way through to delivery.  I spoke to the managing director of Hamer on several occasions and they were wonderful; that's probably why the business runs so well, and went above and beyond for me to make sure I got the equipment I really wanted. A big thumbs up!
