hiya, I would like to say thank you so much for the help and understanding at the assessment, I was unsure what the expectations were but I was put at ease straight away and it felt like a chat with a friend. I would like to say a big thank you to my assessor, for the explanations of the software used, also showing me what they look like so it will not be that overwhelming when I start to use it.... your help and understanding during the 'chat' was very much appreciated. the help received has let me relax and look forward to starting the next stage in my life and given me hope to going further. thank you all at Broadbent & co. My needs assessor deserves some recognition for a fantastic job. Some disabilities can be difficult to talk about but the assessors welcoming manner and non-judgemental attitude, made the whole experience a productive one. A detailed product knowledge of available assistance was apparent from the get go and overall the assessment was mightily impressive. Can I also say how impressed I was with the whole assessment and what that entailed. I was spoken 'to' and not 'at' which put me immediately at ease considering the nature of some of my issues and answered all of my questions honestly and up front so thanks for that. Overall the experience was effortless and silky smooth. This was only made possible by the staff i liaised with who are a credit to Broadbent and Co.

I cannot thankyou Broadbent & co enough for helping me go through everything and getting me the diagnostic and help I needed. Going into the assessment, I was a little worried, I am not too sure why, but once I was in there I didn't feel any pressure and I felt a lot better. The assessment gave me 2 diagnostics I didn't know I had and confirmed one that I already knew I had. The help I have received from Broadbent & co has been incredible, I have been given great software to help with my studies, a support tutor to help enhance my learning experience. I would recommend anyone going through this process, to stick with it, and be very excited for the future help you will receive, it has made me enjoy my university experience a lot more manageable and fun! All I can say is thankyou.

I was very anxious and nervous to attend this meeting. I didn't know what to expect. But the assessor was lovely and empathetic and really had insight into my condition and the effects of it. The assessor put me at ease straight away and suggested fantastic aids to help me with my studies. Thank you to the assessor, you were great.
