Access 1st made life easy for me. I so much felt better after delivery of all support needs. Although I still struggle with my difficulties, Access 1st made it much easier and gave me the opportunity to complete my study. Carrying my computer in a mini suitcase helps my hands and shoulders free thus free from pain. Further, the chair provided relief pressure to my nerves around the neck and back, giving me a better position to sit and study without losing concentration. Every other item provided, played a great role to achieve my degree. Well done!

I was initially quite unsure about going into the assessment, however my worries were put to rest immediately. The assessor was extremely supportive and caring and went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable. I am incredibly grateful for the support provided by the needs assessor and Access 1st. Thank you :)

I had my assessment at Barking Access 1st, and I must say it was a lovely experience. At first I was not sure, as I have not had anything like this before, so attending such interviews was a bit daunting as I was not so sure what I will be getting to get out of it. The assessor I saw was polite and easy going, and made me feel at ease. Then to my surprise the whole assessment thing was pretty quick, and the student finance got back to me quite quickly too. I am grateful for the extra support I received during the course of my studies. I don't have a bad word to say about the services I have received so far.
