Excellent and highly professional service from start to finish. Very quick appointment allocation and report delivery. The assessor was empathetic, knowledgable and listened carefully to my needs and suggestions. They were able to suggest technology I was unaware of which gave me confidence in their expertise. They have made the whole process a pleasure and a very easy experience. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The assessor was very mental health aware and really helped to put me at ease, and to be able to articulate my experiences

I have been really pleased with the service provided by AbilityNet. The assessor acknowledged my disability in a professional manner and was very kind for the duration of the assessment. I have found the whole process a breeze. Also, the assessment centre was not as difficult to find as I first thought. Thank you.

When I have my assessment today  I was very pleased with the service that was giving. The assessor was very friendly, approachable and made me feel at ease about the whole process. When demonstrating the aides that could be available to they it made to simple to understand and related them back to my learning needs. I could not recommend them enough .

There was a lot of to-and-fro-ing with phone calls and emails trying to book my appointment. My appointment was eventually booked and confirmed for about two weeks later. On my appointment day I got to the centre, which is hard to find, I was told that my appointment was double booked and I couldn't have my assessment. The person giving me this news explained how they didn't have any of my paper work (as I say, all booked, confirmed, I'd sent off all my documents). I was offered an appointment later that day. I was really upset and told them I couldn't come back later. I left as I wasn't receiving much help except the phone number I should call to rearrange despite me telling this centre twice that I don't handle phone calls very well. I then received a phone call from the head office encouraging me to re-book the appointment. They also called my disability support coordinator at uni, even though I told them that I would choose another centre to have my assessment as I no longer felt comfortable with being assessed by them.
