Standard Quote Guidance and Templates

Following the recent QAF working group to review and standardise the DSA Quote process used by Assessors, Suppliers and Specialist Suppliers, please find below guidance notes which relate to the completion of the standard quote templates to be used by assessors and suppliers when submitting recommendations for supply of equipment and services to the funding bodies.

The template consists of three documents which are required to be used in conjunction with one another (specialist supplier template, as and when required), these documents are also listed below (in both word and excel format).
